Problem Solving
We have tried to make JCSE as simple to use as possible, but in the event
that you experience problems, please work through the procedure:
- Make sure that the JCSE host web server is running - it does
occasionally go down for short periods, and if possible please retry after a
day or two.
- Please read all of the information available - it is surprising how many
people send an email asking how to publish their paper, when all of the
information is given here on the Web site.
- Make sure the address that you are using starts with www.jcse.org - when
we originally started JCSE we used a different address; when we moved the
address the old address worked to some extent, but links within the pages do
not work properly, and this can give error messages.

identify JCSE messages amongst all of the junk mail.
