Research on the Mechanics and Fluid Analysis of the Damaged Pipeline Based on the Experimental Device

Abstract:
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; text-autospace:ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;vertical-align:middle"><b>Abstract</b><b>: </b>Pipes appear in a variety of experimental devices for scientific research. The specific types of pipes involved include 90 ° elbow, three-way pipe, four-way pipe, etc. The failure of pipes will seriously affect the use of experimental devices, even lead to explosion and other behaviors, resulting in life and property safety. Therefore, it is necessary to study the pipes in the experimental devices to ensure their safety. In this paper, the finite element analysis software is used to study different types of pipes, which is helpful to guide the design of pipes in the experimental device. The research results show that the wall stress of the four-way pipe is the largest under the same internal pressure for the three types of pipes due to the most complex structure of the four-way pipe joint, so it is safest to take the internal pressure of the four-way pipe as the design pressure of the pipeline in the entire test device. Under the effect of gas-solid coupling, the erosion parts of the 90 º elbow are mainly distributed on the outer wall of the elbow, and a rare "V" shaped erosion trace is formed, and there is no erosion trace on the inner wall of the elbow. Under the effect of liquid-solid coupling, both the inner and outer wall surfaces of the 90 º elbow have been eroded, and the erosion on the inner wall surface is more serious than that on the outer wall surface. The secondary flow of solid particles will also cause erosion on the pipe wall surface, but it will not be under the effect of gas-solid coupling, so liquid-solid erosion has a great impact on the elbow. Therefore, the elbow part of the experimental device needs to be protected under the liquid solid erosion.</p>
